Print and social design, filmed UGC video ads, and full websites. Design projects are delivered as digital files ready to post or send to a printer, UGC projects as finished video you can run as an ad, and websites live on your own domain. Printing and shipping are never included.

Websites start with a call. Before I quote anything we get on the phone or a video call to talk through what the site needs to do, how many pages that takes, and what content you already have — there is too much to pin down over email. Domain and hosting are billed to you directly and never marked up: a domain runs about $12 a year, hosting for a site this size is free, and I set both up in your name so you own everything from day one. Frequently asked questions
How many revisions do I get?
Each tier lists its included revision rounds — one round on Basic, two on Standard, and generous revisions on Premium. A round means you send all of your notes at once and I make those changes together. Extra rounds beyond your tier are $20 each.
What is the turnaround time?
Design projects are delivered in 3–7 business days from the point I have your content and your deposit. UGC Video Ads take a little longer, since the clock starts when your product arrives. Websites are the exception — plan on 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of pages, since there is a lot more to build and review. Need design work faster? Rush delivery in under 48 hours is available for 25% on top of the project price.
Do we have to meet to plan a website?
Yes. Every website project starts with a call — phone or video, usually 20 to 30 minutes — before I give you a price. We cover what the site needs to do, how many pages that takes, what content you already have, and what you want visitors to do when they land on it. Design and video projects do not need a call; those you can book straight from the contact form.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit is due before design work starts, and the balance is due before final files are released. The deposit is non-refundable once concepts have been sent, since that work is already done.
What files do I actually receive?
For design projects: PNG and JPG for digital use, and print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks where noted. For UGC Video Ads: an MP4 sized for the placements your tier includes, with the raw footage as well on Premium. For websites you get the live site itself, on a domain registered in your name, plus the source code — nothing is locked to me.
Do you print or ship anything?
No. I design the artwork and hand you files that any print shop can run, which keeps your cost down and lets you shop around on printing. I am happy to recommend printers and set the file up to their exact specs. The one thing that does get shipped is a UGC product, which you send to me so I can film with it.
Do you shoot the video yourself?
Yes, for UGC Video Ads — I film with your actual product, so you send it to me before we start. For the design services (business cards, flyers, banners) there is no filming or photography involved; you provide any product photos and I design around them.
